This device has a range of 1Km. This means this remote control has a better range than any other device on the market. Distance is not the key, but this device works even in places where other devices wouldn't work because of frequency inhibitors, interference, etc. Therefore, one of the main differences compared to any other device is quality.

Moreover, this remote control is modified. It includes a 1m cable with a button at the end of the cable. By hiding this button on a reachable spot, (like under the sleeve, into a pocket, or inside your jacket) you will control all music of your show.

iPod RF can work with up to 5 wireless devices.

iPod RF doesn't use batteries, but it works with the internal battery of your iPod. Power consumption is lower, so you won't be worried about running out of battery during the show. Moreover, iPod RF has a Mini-USB connector on the side to charge the battery of your iPod during the show. You can do this by using the USB cable (included) and your own USB adapter. This iPod RF has a Dock connector (old model) that is compatible with all devices that use this connector. New models use a Lightning connector, but you can connect the iPod RF to that type of connector. You'll just need a Lightning Adapter (it only works with the original Apple adapter) that you can buy at any Apple store.

Like any radio-frequency device, this remote control can be vulnerable to electromagnetic interference and in rare cases it could not work. Check always before starting your show.
